About Dr. Cameron Bakala

Specializing in facial cosmetic surgery and laser skin care, Dr. Cameron Bakala, M.D. F.R.C.S.C. has been practising in Kelowna, British Columbia since 1996 and is Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Canada and U.S.A.

Dr. Bakala completed his medical training at the University of British Columbia in 1988 and went on to further his training in an otolaryngology residency program at the University of British Columbia, graduating in 1995. He went on for additional training in a facial plastic surgery fellowship program at the University of Toronto and completed the program in 1996.

Dr. Bakala and his staff of registered nurses offer the latest in cosmetic and laser surgery treatments or procedures. Dr. Bakala is a facial cosmetic specialist therefore he can offer the patient both surgical and non-surgical treatments for facial aging, wrinkles and photo-rejuvenation and is able to explain how various procedures may or may not apply to your situation’s specifically. Such options may be: Cosmetic surgery, laser surgery or laser treatments, Thermage skin tightening, temporary and permanent fillers, Botox TM or facial liposuction and implants. In addition Dr. Bakala, nurses and staff are all fully trained on a full line of medical grade skin care, chemical peels, Blu-U and Levulan treatments and microdermabrasion treatments.
